[Fix v6.2] set_schedule_counter()

James,

I noticed that the places where the latest ST STD nightly have set_schedule_counter() are different from where ST EXP v6.2 have calls to refresh routines. I have fixed them already, but I strongly suggest you to scan through the ST STD commits before you merge them. GIT may not warn you for some inapplicable changes, and even when changes are applied, you may still need to modify them to make them fit into ST EXP.
