Is it really hard to be a moderate?

Yes, I am getting a ,ot of mod notes.  :-[

EDIT: Spelling error - "I am getting a lot of mod notes."

I'm using pak96.comic and pak128.Britain. Mostly pak96.comic.

Every forum has its own culture. I think we have a very good one here - most everyone is very mature, and polite.

Sometimes, new members join and need a little help in learning the culture of this forum - as long as new members *do* learn, that's quite fine. :)

Being a moderator isn't too hard - what is hard sometimes is remembering to be polite and professional. But that's why you'll see sometimes us saying to non-moderators "Please, let the moderators moderate" when non-mods try to help out. :)

So, don't worry too much. :)
