It will not produce, if no one is eating them raw! :-*
You should read over the questions in the forum, you ask questions that have already been answered before! ;)

Power consumption is proportional to the actual production of a factory. A click with the query tool on a transformer should tell something about the actual available power.

So, can anyone fix this?

Usually, I made two power stations and each one station. I place only one factory... can anyone help?

PS: In the "Power Line" box, the total MW is 19000.

What's your problem exactly? The chemical plant is receiving electricity (53 MW) as you can see in the second line of its info box. I don't see anything strange: you have two power stations, one of them has output 14400, the power line has 18425, so the second one is supplying 4025 I suppose.

You say this a lot.

Please take longer to fix your own problems before asking for help! You clearly are able to figure it out with time. Meanwhile, you're wasting our time.

If you have THOROUGHLY tried to figure something out and still cannot, THEN post.

And where did I accuse you of lying? Where did I say it was not producing electricity?

Read what I wrote again, more carefully, and tell me what I was saying to you.
