How to upload files to sourceforge.net?

Hello to all, I have a doubt of great importance:

I am doing an installer's project of Simutrans with Frank and Vilvoh, and have just registered it in sourceforge.net. But, do not be how to upload the files there.
Might someone help?

Login to sourceforge, Develop -> File Manager -> Upload.
