[Bug v6.8] Max Speed Exceeded

Don't know why the actual speed can exceed the stated max speeds. Please see the attached image.

maybe the train is travelling downhill? this can lead to additional acceleration.

Thanks for suggesting

. But no, the train is not going downhill. The land is flat, and the track is straight and flat when the train accelerates beyond the stated max speeds as shown in the previous image.

And I have checked the same save game with STD r2645, the same train's speed on a certain portion of flat, straight track (not the portion as shown in the previous image) does not go beyond 340km/h, but in EXP v6.8 the speed goes beyond 445km/h with the same train on the same portion of track (of course also with the same amount of pax/mail carried).

I don't know what has gone wrong -- the calculated max speeds or the actual speed -- but surely, something must be wrong.

Edit : Images attached. Same save game, same train on the same portion of track at roughly the same position.

It seems to me, that the actual speed calculation does not respect the load.
I will have a look at it.
