Just Installed Simutrans with pak64 and I can't make it open.

The title pretty much sums it up but I just finished downloading and installing Simutrans on Mac OS X.5. Pak64 is installed, as well as SDL but I think I'm missing something because when I try to open it the command line returns : Reason: Image not found. I don't have a binary file called sim, which I think maybe I'm supposed to have but I don't know where to download it from.

Help?
