Delete multiple savegames

I find it very inconvenient that the savegame dialog closes after the deletion of one savegame.

Which brings me to one minor bug: It is actually possible to save one game on two slots simultaneously, by clicking on one slot and then dragging the pointer to another slot. A similar thing occurs with loading.

Yes, that could be improved.

The first dialog for the choice of the pak set shows the same visual feedback, so it may have a problem, too.

These are, of course all the same errors in exist at least since 84.xx
