[Crash r2941] Crash while building objects

Version: 102.3-2941 nightly Wingdi + pak128 V1.4.5

Description:
The list for objects is opened and you focus on a certain building (reproduced with attractions, industries and buildings).
If you then bulldozer this building and rebuild another on the same squares, while the list is still open, the game crashes shortly before the new building is shown.

Type:Crash on Windows Desktop with Dr.Watson

Reproducability: Every second to third time you do this, the game crashes

Edit:
Had the crash with the meat packing plant. Before the game crashes, the building 'meat packing plant' was shown as 'Papermill' with a red flash left to the entry. Unfortunately, the simu.log-File is empty.

It crashes as soon as the old is deleted ... but that is easy to fix.
