[102-2-1 and after] Schedule doesn't rotate if window is opened

102-2-1 and after version
If schedule window is opened, scheduled position doesn't rotate when you rotate map.
This problem didn't happen in 102-2.

How to reprodce:
1. Open schedule window from convoi window.
2. Rotate map.

Result:
Scheduled position doesn't rotate.

Should be fixed in trunk rev 3116/stable 3117.
