Delete inactive lines

It would be nice if the Line Management window had a button that'd delete inactive lines - as in, lines which have no convoys.

Inactive lines appear in the list in white color. It's quite easy to identify and delete them. I never had the need of deleting more than 5 or 6 lines at a while, so I usually do it one at a time. Maybe you deal with zillions of lines?

Historically, I have just let them sit there. I never thought about deleting them until I read the first post of the thread.

I will load up my *ahem* *cough* work game at lunchtime and delete a few!
