New road bridge

Hello everyone,

I have made a new bridge, just like the plain road bridge except it is textured for the lined highway.

Now you can have a seamless 95 k/h concrete road texture over your bridges. The intro date is Feb. 1938 to match the network, and the price/maintenance cost is balanced against the other bridges..

This was made using open source components of pak128.
