Amount of production on factory list

In factory information window, it shows actual max. amount of production.
But in factory list, it shows amount of base production.

Is this intended or will be changed ?  ???
Currently, a person in japanese forum trying to make help files, and he asked about these different value.

hmmm, another question comes up: how should a powerplant change production? Isn't that a bug?

Well, it is a bug, bug I was quite busy and ill the last weeks. Very easy to fix, though.
