[known bug] Simutrans behaving weird on laptop specific keys

Hi, I'm running simutrans on a laptop and when I press certain laptop specific keys simutrans behaves weird. For example, if I press the key to lower the volume then simutrans will take a screenshot. If I press the key to increase the volume all train tracks turn red on screen.

This is with the nightly build of simutrans version 100.1-2070 (that what it says in the title bar) using SDL on windows and pak128 (simupak128-173.zip).

Use the GDI version, as SDL aparently reinterpretes those keys (even though it should not).
