Error in using the "replace stop" tool at airports

I've recently decided to replace one of my city airports with a newer one.
So I decided to use the "replace stop" tool. Upon clicking on one of the stop tiles of the new airport, this message box appears:

FATAL ERROR: vector_tpl<T>::[]
index out of bounds: 0 not in 0..-1
PRESS ANY KEY

after that (after pressing the key), the game exits.

Could that be a bug? $:-\$

I'm using simutrans version 100.0 (released June 28, 2008) and pak64.
