Crash on map enlargement

I noticed a different but probably related problem :

With r2718 and Pak64, and loading Colin's r2682 save, then enlarge the map from 1024x1024 to 1152x1152, setting to add 4 new cities only, and the game crashes after a short while.

When does the game crash? During enlargement? Or afterwards?

Seems to be during enlargement.

Colin's game is ...
map 39
rotation 1
size 1024*1024

How to reproduce:
- Start new map no.39 1024*1024
- Rotate once
- Enlarge to 1152*1152

Result:
 Crash.

z9999 error will happen with any rotated map, as the cahced values can get negative => cahce only on new map.

But guys, initially (and actually still) Colin's talking about enlarging cities - not the map.

Yes, pobody is nerfect.  :D
But that's what such a little reminder is good for - before the whole discussion turns the wrong way (actually not really "wrong" since there seems to be a problem with map enlarging as well, but it's something else than the original problem)
